Mortgage Introducer – Broker Reveals Key to His Business Growth

Simon Meadows, the editor of Mortgage Introducer, spoke with 29-year-old Luther Yeates to find out how he’s quickly built a successful mortgage brokerage in Bristol. As head of Orton Financial, Yeates has made a name for himself in a competitive industry by combining strong client relationships with a focus on expert advice over hard selling.

Despite running a growing whole-of-market firm that supports expats and overseas buyers, Yeates says he used to “fly under the radar”, something he’s now actively changing. He’s started attending networking events and becoming more visible in the industry to attract new opportunities.

The firm is even exploring partnerships in Saudi Arabia, where Yeates plans to meet clients in person to build stronger relationships.
