The Daily Express featured Orton Financial’s latest research into the most affordable postcodes in Stoke Bishop, one of Bristol’s poshest suburbs. With the average home in the area costing over £830,000, the analysis highlights the areas where buyers can still get a foot on the ladder for significantly less. For example, BS9 1LZ has an average property price of £440,000, while others like BS9 1JT and BS9 1LU also came in under £530,000. Bristol World even took a tour of the area after the average house price was revealed.
